Troy Smith founded Versify Labs after speaking with many businesses about skyrocketing customer acquisition costs and the difficulties associated with implementing customer loyalty programs. As a former member of the Facebook AI Research (FAIR) program, I helped advance the state-of-the-art in artificial intelligence through fundamental and applied research in open collaboration with the community.
