Head of Product
We are seeking a head of product to lead the daily operations of the product team as well as build out and evolve our product roadmap. As a lean and fast-growing startup, everyone has to wear many hats. You will not shy away from challenges outside of tech and product. At Versify, you will not hear someone say “that is not my job.”
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the product team
- Ensure all code pushed to production has been tested thoroughly
- Improve product standards, tooling, and processes
- Onboard and train other engineers
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and the product team
- Stay on top of new web3 trends and cutting-edge tech for the business
- Constantly prioritize workloads against available resources, level of impact, and desired business outcome
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including leading a 5+ person engineering team
- Track record with frontend frameworks such as React & Javascript
- Track record with a backend programming language such as Python or Node
- Excellent communication and writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience shipping products in a high-growth SaaS environment
